Whether you're a writer just starting out, a writer in search of answers, or a writer who needs to get more words on the page, you can find inspiration, answers and camaraderie at Summer in Words Writing Conference.  Three days of events, talks, and workshops taught by some of the Northwest's best authors and writing instructors will help you learn more about story and craft and invite you to move forward. This year's focus is Truth, Risk & Lies and you can network, share your work, and receive invaluable instruction and feedback in a beautiful setting.

 Instructors: Bill Johnson, Jessica Morrell, Randall Platt, Deborah Reed, Adam O’Connor Rodriguez, Cheryl Strayed, Emily Whitman provide information on subjects from Narrative Voice to What an Editor Wants to writing from The Fearless Place.

This year’s registration fee of $245 covers the three-day workshops, Friday night reception and keynote and Saturday lunch and keynote, Saturday night Out Loud and Sunday morning Continental Breakfast, keynote and panel. Prices for individual days are available. A registration fee of $100 is required to hold your place and early registration is recommended since space is limited.
